No File Uploads — Ever
Every tool on FlowTools runs entirely in your browser. When you upload a PDF, image, or any other file, it stays on your device. We never receive, store, or have access to your files. There is no server to upload them to.
Local Processing Only
All compression, conversion, merging, splitting, signing, and other operations happen using your device's processing power. Your files are handled by JavaScript running in your browser tab — nothing is sent over the network during processing.
What We Collect
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use FlowTools. This collects anonymized data such as pages visited, approximate location (country/city level), browser type, and device type. We do not track individual users or tie analytics data to personal identities.
Cookies
Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to distinguish unique visitors. These cookies do not contain personal information. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. FlowTools does not set any additional cookies.
Data Retention
Since we never receive your files, there is nothing to retain or delete. Analytics data is retained by Google according to their standard data retention policies. No personally identifiable information is collected or stored by FlowTools.
